Halo/Redlight therapy booth

How the Halo / Red Light Therapy Booth Works

The Halo / Red Light Therapy Booth combines halotherapy (salt therapy) and red light phototherapy to support skin health, respiratory wellness, and overall relaxation. During the session, the body is surrounded by a gentle environment of therapeutic light and microscopic salt particles designed to support the body’s natural recovery processes.

Halotherapy (Salt Therapy): A specialized halogenerator disperses pharmaceutical-grade dry salt particles into the air. When inhaled and absorbed through the skin, these particles may help cleanse the respiratory system, support skin balance, and reduce irritation.

Red Light Therapy: Low-level red wavelengths penetrate the skin to support cellular energy production and healthy skin function. This light is commonly used to help stimulate collagen production, improve circulation, and support skin repair.

Skin Purification: Dry salt particles naturally help absorb impurities, excess oil, and environmental pollutants from the skin while supporting the skin’s natural barrier.

Circulation & Cellular Support: Red light wavelengths help promote healthy circulation and oxygen delivery, which can support tissue recovery and a more vibrant complexion.

Relaxation Environment: The warm glow of therapeutic light combined with the calming salt-air environment helps encourage deep relaxation and stress relief.

Potential Benefits

Skin Health & Glow: May support clearer skin, improved tone, and a more radiant complexion.

Respiratory Support: Salt particles may help clear airways and support easier breathing.

Anti-Aging Support: Red light may help stimulate collagen and reduce the appearance of fine lines.

Recovery & Inflammation Support: May help support circulation and reduce minor inflammation in the skin and body.

Relaxation & Stress Relief: Creates a calming environment that promotes relaxation and overall wellness.
